The app has been more reliable lately
Bill pay sucks. Words continually move across the page when you click bill pay. It's been happening for the last 3-4 months. You would think it would be fixed by now, but no. Everything else works fine in the app, but bill pay sucks!aa
I really used to like this bank. Have been with them for years. Now I cannot stand this bank at all. And after an issue this weekend I am switching banks come Monday morning. The OZK Card feature on the app makes no sense if they're still going to make you verify purchases through their fraud prevention when the OZK Card feature let's you set up the ability to accept or decline transactions to your card. I have to get a new card and can't do anything this weekend because of this issue now.

Can no longer use bill pay, Zelle or deposit checks through the app. What is going on? Very inconvenient!!!
App used to be great and super convenient, but for months now the bill pay function is messed up on mobile devices, where 1/2 of the display goes off screen. I have to pay bills and check past activity on the PC. Checking and savings account transactions still show correctly. Before reporting, i read that others are having the same issue. I have a Google Pixel 3 & no issues with other apps, including other banks. Issues arent happening on my son's Samsung Galaxy. Test on mobile devices Bank OZK!
